Telectica reserves the right to terminate your licence to use the Services at any time and for any reason, and we reserve the right at any time in the future to charge for commercial use of the Services.

12. UPLOADING CONTENT OR CONTRIBUTING TO OUR SITE

This licence and/or your right to access the Site may be terminated immediately by Telectica at any time. Upon termination you must cease to use the Services and shall completely delete all electronic copies of all or any part of the Services resident in your systems or elsewhere.

17. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business user, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, the use of our Services, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) although Telectica retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
